To use the services offered by the Wallowa Public Library you must be a patron. It’s easy to become a patron, just come into the library and give us your name, address, phone number, mailing and email addresses, and some sore of documented identification. Information given will be kept confidential. Patrons must be residents of the lower Wallowa Valley.
Why do we need this information? Remember we loan books and other media. We don’t give it away. We may need to contact you in order to get the material back.
